Reconfirmations and Novelties for the Textile World at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence from 10th to 12th February 2024 with FIRENZE HOME TEXSTYLE NO.6
Florence, 26th October 2023. After the success of the 2023 edition, FIRENZE HOME TEXSTYLE – International Trade Show, the only international Fair in Italy dedicated to home, marine, SPA, hotel & contract textiles, and home fragrances, is back at the Fortezza da Basso in Florence from 10th to 12th February 2024. Three non-stop days to meet, present new projects and collections, exchange and share ideas, and shine a light on the state of the art with all the protagonists of this sector.
This event reconfirms the centrality of Florence and of its congress and exhibition centre – already hosting Pitti Immagine Casa – as a privileged location to plan and organise B2B fairs and to present Made in Italy productions on the main international markets.
Organised by ACROPOLI Srl from Bologna, this event has now reached its sixth edition, and will take place in conjunction with the 17th edition of Immagine Italia & Co. The collaboration with Agenzia ICE – Italian Trade Agency was reconfirmed to strengthen the incoming of international buyers from the main global markets and to plan B2B meetings with exhibitors.
The most important companies and brands of this sector will be on show, presenting 2024/2025 decorative textile trends between heritage and contemporaneity, with a special attention to innovative, natural, eco-sustainable, and technic fabrics, such as the so-called ‘smart textiles’, becoming increasingly attractive and in high demand. All of these are latest-generation indoor and outdoor textile products, created to meet resistance, style and maximum comfort needs, but also to fulfil the requirements to respect the environmental impact and social responsibility.
Inside the over 11,000 square metres on the lower floor of the Spadolini Pavilion, you will be able to admire the latest trends in terms of upholstery, draperies, furnishing fabrics, marine, SPA, contract, hotel textiles, and textile publishing. An entire section will be dedicated to the world of home fragrances, a rapidly growing market for increasingly demanding consumers, who are looking for ad hoc experiences to make their home more customized and welcoming, capable of creating olfactory sensations and unique memories.
This event is aimed at all the key players in the world of living and in the hotel industry – buyers, retailers, interior designers, concept stores, furnishing stores, the main distribution channels, accredited journalists, influencers, and bloggers.
The absolute novelty at Firenze Home Texstyle 2024 is FABRIC SOUND – a new live space reserved to talks, conventions, workshops, meetings with the leaders of this sector, that will animate the commercial section of the Fair with new contents, offering advantageous training opportunities for exhibitors and visitors.
