The Festival del Lavoro is the traveling event organized by the National Council of the Order of Labor Consultants and the Fondazione Studi Consulenti del Lavoro with the aim of exploring the dimensions that most impact the world of work and analyzing transitions to entirely new economic and production models. The title chosen this year for the 15th edition is "Work Ethics and Security in the Age of Artificial Intelligence." Three strands of discussion to take a snapshot of the salient aspects of a new work culture that puts technological innovation at the center and embraces the principles of legality, ethics and safety. The guidelines of the event will not only fuel the debates in the Auditorium, but will find their own thematic organization in the Classrooms (Law, Active Policies, Work Orientation, Opportunities, Laboratories and Agorà in the Bookstore). Framing the event, scheduled for May 16-18 in Florence, is the Fortezza da Basso. A place pulsating with history that is transformed into a welcoming theater to reflect on the work of the future and the challenges dictated by artificial intelligence.
